The Royal Palace of Harfield, Hertfordshire England, recently sent a letter to producer-director Vipul Shah, fining him £5,000, for damage caused to arare painting of Queen Elizabeth, during the shooting of 'London Dreams', at the location, last September.

Apparently, during the annual review, the authorities found that three drops of red wine had been accidentally spilled on the painting titled, 'The Rainbow Portrait' dated 1600, by an unknown junior artist.

Vipul has accepted the blame and agreed to pay the fine.
