![]() It a general belief in our country that only the rich and the powerful can have access to Justice. We are not even aware that there exists an authority like the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), which is mandated to provide free and competant access to justice to the weaker section of the society especially the women and children. " Ek muthi Asman", is the voice of these real hard working and deserving people of India where the impact of NALSA is being felt. The essence of the song lies in the visuals of the real people in the heartland of India- the working class, the women, the children, the labourers, etc. who make the real India.
While the song created by Prakash Jha Productions', which has lyrics by Manoj Muntashir and music by Salim Sulaiman, has been extensively shot in more than 20 states across India including including Kashmir, Sikkim, Rajasthan, Kerala, Gujarat, Karnataka, West Bengal, Jharkhand etc. and the song is just a beginning as it will be followed by 15 real life short stories and a 30 min Documentary, where in NALSA has been pivotal and successful in providing Justice to the weaker section. This will be launched on November 9, NALSA day this year.
