Shahrukh's proposed meeting with Rajni is seen as a reciprocal gesture from the Bollywood star to thank the Superstar for shooting for 'Ra.One' in Mumbai.

Despite doctors advising more rest and asking him to defer all travel plans till November, Rajni went to Mumbai on Gandhi Jayanthi and shot for the film, slated to hit the screens during Deepavali.
