Anushka Sharma, Shah Rukh Khan’s leading lady in Aditya Chopra’s 'Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi' continues her run as a big league player. After 'Rab Ne ..', which was an all time blockbuster, Anushka is romancing Shahid Kapoor in Parmeet Sethi’s untitled venture under the Yash Raj banner.

Now there is news that Anushka has been signed by Nikhil Advani for his next film, Patiala House, which has the ‘khiladi’ Akshay Kumar as its lead hero. Naturally Anushka is excited to work opposite Akshay. Says Anushka, “ I have never met Akshay in my life. I am going to be romancing him in my next project. I can’t tell you how excited I am. First I got to romance Shah Rukh, then Shahid and now Akshay. It is as if I am walking on cloud nine.”

Anushka also revealed that it was the script that made her sign the film. “I loved the script the moment I heard it. However, I didn’t want to do anything impulsive. So, I slept over it for a day and went back to Nikhil telling him that I was certainly on the project."
