While Salman Khan was always very keen on a sequel to 'Andaz Apna Apna', his co-star Aamir Khan never really showed any interest. And here's the latest on the subject.

Aamir Khan and Salman Khan, the lead pair of the Rajkumar Sanoshi directed 'Andaz Apna Apna' will not be a part of sequel. Instead it will be the current teenage heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor who has been cast in the second part of cult comedy of the 90s.

Confirming the development Santoshi said, " after working with him in 'Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani' I am convinced that Ranbir has that inherent magical charm and sincerity to do justice to the sequel."

Santoshi added that the film was in the scripting stage and the other lead actor is yet to be finalised.
