´Frozen´ Out On DVD!

Landmark and Enlighten Home Library hosted the DVD launch of ‘Frozen’. In addition to thousands of cinema fans, many celebrities including Shivajee, Gauri, Shilpa Shukla, Raj Zushti, and Yashpal Sharma were present. Furthermore, much respected director Vishal Bhardwaj was also present at the DVD launch and he even participated in a Q&A session.

‘Frozen’ has been receiving a lot of praise from directors including Anurag Kashyap who claims ‘Frozen’ is “the most cinematic film to have come out in India in the last few years.” Vishal Bhardwaj feels the film “is shot like a painting,” and praised every aspect of the film including the editing.

‘Frozen’, made in Hindi and Ladakhi, stars Danny Denzongpa, Gauri, Shilpa Shukla, Yashpal Sharma, Raj Zushti, Aamir Bashir, Denzil Smith and Angchuk. The film was shot in dire conditions at an average of 12,000 feet above sea level in Ladakh.
