Kunder said he is in the process of finalising his supporting cast.

"The film will go on floors in January 2011 and will be released around Christmas the same year," the filmmaker said.

Speaking about his latest movie, Kunder wrote on Twitter that 'Joker' is a human drama.

"It's a tale of a bunch of underdogs fighting for victory. There will be humour, some sci-fi and it will be made in 3D," he said.

'Joker' will be Kunder's second directorial venture after the 2006 movie "Jaan-e-man" starring Akshay, Salman and Preity Zinta.

He has produced 'Tees Maar Khan' directed by his wife Farah Khan which is slated for release on December 24. 'Joker' is being produced by Akshay Kumar.
