If sources are to be believed, Jaya Bachchan has finally taken her first step towards being net savvy. After having bought a hi-tech laptop, she is trying to familiarise herself with the same!

It seems that it was son Abhishek Bachchan who insisted that she get the gizmo and become net savvy. We have also come to know that Aishwarya and Abhishek have been teaching Jaya how to use it.

Anyway, the latest is that she is using it to send e-mails and pictures to darling daughter Shweta Nanda!
