Stree is one of the biggest hits of 2018 starring Rajkummar Rao went on to have cash registers ringing at the box office. The star now collaborates with producer Dinesh Vijan on another horror comedy titled ” Rooh- Afza” also starring Janhvi Kapoor.
Scheduled to release on March 20th next year, the film goes on floors this June in Uttar Pradesh. The film also sees Rao team up with Varun ‘Choocha’ Sharma yet again after Dolly Ki Doli.
Set in Moradabad and inspired by a folk legend revolving around weddings, first nights and spirits,Raj and Varun play two small-town commoners caught in situations that are spinechilling but will simultaneously spark off plenty of laughs like Stree.
Rajkummar Rao starrer Rooh-Afza will be directed by Hardik Mehta who was the script-supervisor on Raj’s previous film Queen and co-writer on Trapped.
