After being part of films like Commando 2, Rogue, and south film Suriya Singam 3, the actor very quickly became famous for his negative roles. From having the right body to his long mane, the actor seemed like the perfect character to leave anyone feeling intimidated in the villain’s role. But not too long ago, the actor took his fans by surprise by chopping off his long locks and revealing a never-seen-before look.
The actor pleasantly surprised his fans with his good guy look, and soon after started shooting for Jayantilal Gada’s film, Romeo S3, which is the remake of the south film, Suriya Singam 3. Interestingly, Anoop also starred in the south film, as the main antagonist. But in the Hindi remake, the actor will be seen as the main protagonist. Given how easy it is to get typecasted in the industry, it’s commendable how the actor went from negative to positive character effortlessly.
This isn’t it. Shortly after wrapping up shoot for Romeo S3, the actor has already started shooting for another action film, Control co-produced by Jayantilal Gada and Yashi films. The film is about a cybercrime rescue mission, and Anoop will be seen playing a police officer opposite actress Priya Anand.
Both the high-octane action-packed films might mostly likely release next year! The actor left his fans at the edge of their seats, eagerly waiting to see him in the much-awaited action films. With so much many action films lead by older Bollywood ‘superstars’, taking a hit, Thakur Anoop Singh may be the next big thing who could revive the box office scenes and be the much-needed breath of fresh air in the industry.
